TRENDnet TV-IP512WN Wireless N Internet Camera Server Unveiled
TRENDnet has released a high performance Wireless N Internet Security Camera, called the TV-IP512WN, allowing users to experience unparalleled wireless range and video streaming bandwidth.
Equipped with a 2-way Audio support, the Wireless N Internet Camera Server claims to transmit real-time high quality video over the internet. Users can easily listen and talk to people seen in the camera’s viewing field.
It enables users to effortlessly view and manage the camera from any Internet connection. Other than that, the new peripheral boasts to offer up to four times the coverage of comparable wireless g solution, thanks to the 300Mbps wireless n technology. It even ensures an improved bandwidth for wirelessly streaming of security videos.
Bundled with complimentary camera management software, the TV-IP512WN is capable of managing up to 32 TRENDnet cameras. User can attach the camera to the wireless network by just a press of a button with Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) support.
Apart from that, there are some advanced features to offer enhanced video capturing, including multiple variable-shape motion detection recording windows, event driven email alerts, scheduled recording sessions, MPEG-4 and MJPEG image compression and advanced hard drive storage allocation tools.

This camera can be placed further from a wireless n signal access point or router-all while offering much greater bandwidth to transmit high quality security video,” mentioned Brian Chu, IT Director for TRENDnet.
Moreover, it also comes with Input/Output ports to connect with third party alarm systems, a detachable CS lens with a 16x digital zoom and a built-in SD card slot to store images directly to a memory card.
Enclosed in an off-white case, it supports both wall and ceiling mountings.
Priced at $249.99 (approx. Rs. 12,955), the TRENDnet TV-IP512WN Wireless N Internet Camera Server with a 2-Way Audio is slated to reach the market for purchase by May 1, 2009 via all TRENDnet Online and retail partners.
