Low-profile PC-C39 Multimedia HTPC Chassis Unveiled by Lian-Li
Recently, Lian-Li launched their two new multimedia HTPC chassis – PC-C33 & PC-C34F, now the company expands its chassis arena with one more multimedia and low-profile classis, called the PC-C39.
Measuring 435 x 97 x 400mm (W x H x D) and weighing 3.65kgs, the stylish chassis that is designed especially for the home theater PC. It arrives in color hues of silver and black, which claims to compliment the home theater décor. It is adorned in an elegant and carved diamond cut into the front face. It also comes with folded elements to prevent sharp edges.
The PC-C39 unites the traditional class and finery design with several outstanding innovations. It comes equipped with all new wireless remote controller and sensor along with support for 2x 3.5-inch HDD’s and 1x 5.25” ODD using an anti-vibration modular HDD & ODD cage. It ensures easy installation as well.
Available in a micro-ATX form factor to support Micro-ATX motherboards, the chassis has 4x low profile expansion slots, front mounted I/O ports that comprise of 2x USB 2.0, 1x Firewire 1394 and HD+AC97 Audio options. It offers a crossbar that has the ability to be swiveled out of the way, making it convenient while installing components.
The new chassis eliminates the worry of panel rattling with the incorporation of a special anti-vibration spring clips, air vents along the low profile expansion slots. HDD vibration noises are also avoidable through special rubber grommets.
Moreover, the Lian-Li PC-C39 employs 2x 70mm exhaust ball-bearing fans@1500RPM for quieter cooling.
Scheduled to reach the local distributors by late May, the Lian-LI PC-C39 HTPC multimedia chassis retails for $210 (approx. Rs. 10,655).
