Sony Ericsson announced the launch of its new series of speakers and headphones. These new ranges of accessories are compatible with Sony Ericsson’s phones.

After the Walkman phones, Sony Ericsson has introduced the new MBS-200, MBS-400 and MPS-100 speakers along with the latest HBH-IS800, HPM-88 and HPM-66 headphones.

In the speaker line-up, the MBS-200 portable wireless speaker lets user connect with the mobile phone through Bluetooth. With the new device users can directly listen to music stored on the phone. The speakers also have the capability to go on mute mode automatically as soon as the users receive a call. Next is the MBS-400 speaker that comprises of two speakers for delivering high-quality stereo sound. Lastly, the MPS-100 mini-speaker system boasts to offer basic sound performance at an affordable price.

Coming to the headphones, the sleek HBH-IS800 wireless stereo headphone includes a short cable for hassle-free listening experience and conversation while talking on the phone. It also offers an extraordinary music. The HPM-88 headset is developed to reduce outside noise by 75 percent. It also offers a convenient audio performance by resting on consumers’ neck. The other peripheral is the HPM-66 headset that has been described as behind the ear, “active” headphones.

Sony Ericsson plans to roll out the latest range headphones and speakers by Q4 2008.
