Moser Baer launches New Low-End DVD Players in India
Moser Baer is known to come up with affordable things in India. After launching 8x Blu-ray discs and optical disc drives, now Moser Baer has announced a new DVD player in India.
The new DVD player weighs just 1.2kg and measures 380×230×35mm. It features a memory card slot which plays content stored in SD/MMC/MS cards. Videos also can be played through the USB slot.
Moser Baer’s new player also includes 5.1 channel audio output, high-quality output for analogue and digital audio, digital coaxial output, optical fibre output, S video output and Karaoke for sing-along facility.
The DVD player is compatible with various audio, video and image formats such as DVD, VCD, SVCD, MPEG4, DIVX, MP3, WMA and JPEG digital camera photos.
DVD players from Moser Baer are available in two colors namely black (MB – 69885B) and silver (MB – 69885S) at the price of Rs 2,990.
Additionally, Moser Baer is offering ten titles free with the new player. The titles include: Raja Hindustani, Ghayal, Mr Natwarlal, Apne, My friend Ganesha, Naqaab, Karan Arjun, Ishq, Ek Chalis ki last Local and Sarfarosh.

I purchased one Moserbaer MB6988 DVD player to play movies from my USB Hard Disk of capacity 120GB. But it couldn't read any movie from the external hard disk although it could read the movies from the 2GB pendrive.
I am trying to locate technical person to know why it can't play movies from the USB Hard Disk.
