Logitech releases QuickCam Connect and Communicate Deluxe Webcams in India

Video chatting is commonly noticed in today’s world. But the issue arises when the video quality is degraded. However Logitech’s latest webcams claim to not give you a chance to complain about the low-performance.

Logitech QuickCam webcams

Logitech has rolled out two new high-end products for its QuickCam series of webcam in the Indian market. Known as QuickCam Connect and QuickCam Communicate Deluxe, these webcams allow hours of conversations with friends.

While Connect delivers high-quality video, echo-free and lifelike conversations, the Communicate Deluxe offers sharp and vibrant images in any light.

“Logitech evolved the webcam design so that it better complements the aesthetics of the living room, the home office, the den – or any of the varied places people are using PCs in the modern-day home. This is especially important as video calling continues to become more prevalent in everyday computing. We believe that these new webcams will make the ever popular video calling experience more enjoyable and convenient. Logitech QuickCam Connect has our webcam eyeball design, which is already a favorite among our consumers. According to a MarketLab survey, nearly 50 percent of people surveyed identify the eyeball shape with Logitech,” maintained Subrotah Biswas, Country Manager, India & SAARC, Logitech.

The QuickCam Connect comes with the stereo headset; Logitech’s hallmark webcam eyeball design that is just 45 millimeters wide, 33 percent smaller than previous models; an integrated microphone supporting RightSound Technology for crystal clear conversations; and a true 640 x 480 sensor to capture crisp and sharp videos.

Furthermore, the Connect can take 1.3 million pixels still images and has the ability to fit most of the monitors due to its universal monitor clip. It also supports all major online messaging applications, including Microsoft Windows Live Messenger, Skype, Yahoo! Messenger and many more.

Coming to the QuickCam Communication Deluxe, the webcam is bundled with glass lens and high-performance sensor for delivering realistic pictures of up to five megapixels. The included RightLight 2 technology is known for its capability to adjust the webcam for taking beautiful shots even in dim light settings. The webcam offers an ultra wide field of view and intelligent face tracking functions along with other features enable users to personalize their conversations with a plethora of avatars and face accessories.

In addition, the Communication Deluxe crams with HP Photosmart Essential software that allows consumers to capture, edit, customize, and print images. By using the snap shot button, they can capture candid and high-resolution pictures and even save the most memorable moments forever. An activity button indicates users when they are broadcasting live.

Backed by a two years warranty, the Logitech QuickCam Connect retails for Rs. 1095 and Logitech QuickCam Communicate Deluxe is priced at Rs. 5895. Both the webcams are distributed across the country by Rashi Peripherals.
