  At present I am using V800-vodofone mobile set. I couldn't get the vodofone logo in my phone. My service provider is HUTCH. In my cell phone pre-installed settings with regard to vodofone live, vodofone vide, etc.but I couldn't operate it. Kindly suggest the ways and means.

  Vodafone has drawn the amount through my credit card for two post paid connections with out issuing SIM Card
  for which i applied 3 months before.
  
  iam not getting proper reply from them, i requested to refund deduted amount through the credit card, they said they will give waiver.

  Dear Vodaphone team
  I am a subscriber of Hutch (Vodafone) for past 2 years bearing 3 mobile connections. Yesterday I couldn’t able to make any out going calls (even to customer care) and gives a message "submit your application form with your photo graph and address proof", which was already given while purchasing the SIM cards and using without any problem for all these days. How can you block the service to my number without any prior information to me? When called to customer care, he replies that the hutch dealer didn’t provide your application form to us, so you please provide the application form with photograph and address proof to any vodaphone customer care office.
  If the dealer didn’t submit the application form, you have to ask him or you have to take action against him.
  You didn’t communicated this to me all these days or atleast before blocking the service to my number and suddenly you have blocked the service to my number.
  
  How can you do this?.

  I have two connection of vodafone but i m not satisfied with it.When we recharge then the service charge will deduct, after that if u want reduce ur call rate then recharge power card. WHY? So why u cut the service cherge.U look the neubour country Bangladesh,there is so cheap,nd lots of good offer.U only do ur business.Pls think about that.

  I have three lines connected with Vodaphone. On the 9th December 2008 at 1200hrs I had requested for a duplicate bill copy thru my email address which was provided to the officer (Reshmi) on the telephone. Till today that is 10th December 1300hrs have not received the duplicate copy of the bill. I had made a call 3 times and each time one officer answers and say sorry we will send it to you in 2 hrs time and when I started shouting the officers pretend to say sorry I can't hear you and disconnects the line.
  
  See how efficient Vodaphone is. I regret taking the three lines and also I have all my staff to take up the lines as corporate lines. What a stupid mistake I have made.
  
  Thank you for Vodaphone to make the customer's suffer. And also change the word "customer care service" of yours to "giving customer trouble service". That is very appropriate for your services.

  I kindly request vodafone to take care of customer support, customer care executives are really pathetic and they do not know what is customer service they are rude and their behaviour is pathetic please teach them the atticates and values while attending calls, and does vodafone care for customer satisfaction all the matrix come only aftr that if vodaphone understands the actual meaning of customer care, it would be a great help if this is taken care of and last but the most important if the customer wants to talk to the supervisor the executives becoem very rude and irate please help the customers thanks.

  I wish to bring to the notice of the concerned authorities of Vodafone Essar Spacetel Ltd. in India that my R.C.C. building (G+1) was selected for the roof top tower in our area and accordingly they got an agreement signed by me with a monthly rent of Rs. 5,000/- subject to an enhancement of 15% after every 5 years. However, it is almost a year but neither the rent has been paid to me nor the construction work has begun. I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.   I m Sreejith and using Vodafone prepaid service. It is better than other networks. But GPRS charges are too high. On April 1, I got a message for offering unlimited dowloadings. I just inter in to the link by accident, and open those page only 15 seconds. But I lost 90 Rupees.

  I am based in Delhi and had been a very satisfied Post-Paid customer of Hutch for the past 4 years, and never even considered switching to any other service providers. I was more excited to hear about the news that Vodafone intended on buying out Hutch in India, as I expected nothing less from such a big company - new plans, better signals, better network, more add-on services, etc...
  
  The buy-out did happen, as expected, and Vodafone started taking control of everything. So much so to my disappointment, the signal starts dipping from Week One. I had been noticing this week after week, months after months and it continues till date.
  
  I have no clue what kind of business they're really interested in. Why do they come here in the first place when they can't deliver something up to the satisfaction of their customers? It's in fact a big SHAME on the very poor performance of such a big company! A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT TO MOST OF THE SUBSCRIBERS TOO.
  
  I am already getting very frustrated over this and want them to know that for every disappointment that they bring (and that they couldn't rectify), they're soon going to lose faithful customers, like me, one by one. Who would want to stick to something that is not much of help to you anyway? After all, if they call it business, we call it customer satisfaction and if neither won't compromise, the other will have to find something better - i.e., leave.

  Dear All Concerned,
  
  I am very sorry to state that, I am totally unhappy with Vodafone network, at least in Bangalore, specially when it became Vodafone from Hutch.
  
  I had complained to Nodal Officer here, who ends up giving only stereo type answers, whatever mail I write to him. Vodafone is unable to find solutions to my problems.
  
  I am seriously thinking switching over to other service provider, as early as possible.
  
  They are unable to sort out my problems.
