Matias Folding USB Keyboard for Travelers Launched

Canadian manufacturer Matias has introduced unique peripherals for laptop users, the USB Folding Keyboard. It is an ideal product for globe trotters as it folds in half quite simply for easy transportation.
However, laptops do have an integrated keyboard. Thus, this device is not that useful for laptop users. I would certainly hook it up to my computer to make use of it whenever required and fold it when not in use.
This convenient-to-use portable keyboard measures 18x5x0.87 inches. It can fit into any laptop bag when folded. While in use, its size is similar to that of the normal keyboard.
An innovative function key, which is located where the caps lock key is normally situated, has been designed for the user’s productivity. It comes with a standard volume keys, number pad, page navigation keys, cursor keys and full size arrow keys. Additionally, it also equips advanced Fn keys (putting frequently used keys in easier reach).
Matias’s latest keyboard supports both Mac and Windows, whereas volume keys strictly works on Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or Mac OS X 10.3 or higher.
Bundled with carrying sleeve and USB cable, the Matias Folding USB Keyboard is expected to roll out in mid-December with the retail cost of $59.95 (approx. Rs. 2400). The company is accepting pre-orders at present for only the USB keyboard.
You can save $20 by ordering the Portable Office, which includes the iFold notebook stand along with the Folding USB keyboard.
