The LG Optimus L5 which made its debut at the MWC 2012, has hit the road towards India. Potential buyers can expect to get their hands on the device sometime within the next fortnight.
A 4-inch 320 x 480 capacitive touch panel runs over the phone’s front panel that spans 118.3mm in length and 66.5mm in breadth. To capture special moments, the handset sports a 5MP camera that tags along features like AF and flash. On the hardware front, the manufacturers have employed a Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 processor that ticks at 800MHz to carry out operations. In terms of onboard memory, there’s 4GB storage and 512MB RAM.

To create extra space for content, the Optimus device supports memory expandability up to 32GB via a microSD card. Connectivity features include A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and HSDPA network capabilities. Apart from the aforementioned highlights, this handset comes along with the Optimus UI 3.0 that caters to enhancing the user experience. Beneath the chassis, a 1500mAh battery juices it up, while its Gingerbread OS hosts the complete show.
