Disney Mobile On DoCoMo P-05D

Following a joint announcement about a new phone brand, the Disney Mobile on DoCoMo P-05D and F-08D Android smartphones were recently launched by the two involved parties. Buyers will be proffered access to exclusive content and services branded under Disney, covering full-length animations, games, applications and more.

Both Android 2.3 phones lend support to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Osaifu-Keitai mobile-wallet as also, other popular DoCoMo services and even boast of sporting waterproof and dustproof constructs. Showing off a profile that’s slim at just about 7.8mm in sleekness and colored in pure white or pure black options, the P-05D device features a 4.3-inch organic EL screen and holds an OMAP4430 1GHz dual core chip at its heart. It sports an 8.2MP camera and is expected to arrive with a couple of Disney jackets for a touch of personalization.

The F-08D Gingerbread slice embeds a 4.3-inch TFT LCD screen on the exterior and gets its steam from an integrated OMAP4430 1.2GHz dual core processor. A 13.1MP camera is slipped among the technical specifications which also mention color selections of shiny white and shiny pink. Each of the phones offer 3G and GSM connectivity and even appear to render up 32GB in supported storage capacity.

The Disney Mobile on DoCoMo F-08D handset is slated for a launch late this month, though it may be pre-ordered at NTT DoCoMo outlets across Japan starting from February 17 onwards. The P-05D version is expected to be released in March. But the exact price details of both the gadgets have been given a miss.
