After launching what was apparently India’s first triple SIM phone in 2009, Intex has come up with its third such phone named Tri.Do which encompasses 2 GSM and 1 CDMA slots. The Intex Tri.Do triple SIM mobile phones are bar styled GPRS enabled and Java based devices that offer up to 32GB of expandable memory. Designed for business professionals who carry more than one phone to work, the Intex Tri.Do handset features an 1800mAh battery which delivers 300hrs stand-by time and 7 hrs of talk time. When users receive calls on any one of the SIM cards, the other one remains active making it simple for them to switch between numbers. “The multi-SIM segment is increasingly grabbing a major pie of the total market reflecting a huge demand and utility,” shared Mr. Rajendra Gupta, GM- Telecom, Intex Technologies, “Having sensed this quite early, Intex was the first one to introduce a Triple-SIM phone and now it aims to build on the concept by expanding the product-assortment with thoughtfully designed products offering convenience and utility at a highly affordable price.”
