Palm Pixi to hit Sprint stores on November 15

Palm Pixi Handset It appears that Palm knows pretty well how to get users’ knee jerk reaction. According to the Official Palm Blog, Palm has recently revealed the arrival of its Palm Pixi. Reportedly, the exquisite Palm Pixi will be released on November 15, 2009.

The Pixi, the entry level webOS smartphone, will be first available for the Sprint network. Claiming to be Palm’s thinnest phone introduced so far, this elegant Pixi enables users to intuitively move back and forth between open applications using the multi-touch screen and natural gestures.

Beautifully designed, the device employs a full QWERTY keyboard, a capacitive touchscreen, gesture-based UI and 8GB of onboard storage. Measuring only 11 x 55 x 19.85 mm, this slim smartphone will arrive on the CDMA network in the US.

Knocking the doors of Sprint shelves on November 15, the candybar handset will be priced at $99.99.
