HP iPAQ K3HP’s iPAQ K3 Obsidian complete with the specifications and AT&T branding have apparently surfaced. According to Slashgear, the pictures of the Windows Mobile 6.5 smartphone was first pointed in leaked documents from the carrier.

Supposedly, the HP iPAQ K3 includes a 2.43 inches AMOLED touchscreen, although previously it was slated to be 2.8 inches. In accordance to the spreadsheet, the device features a 528MHz MSM7200A, along with 256MB of RAM and 512MB of ROM. It’s also believed to have 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, tri-band UMTS/HSDPA 3.6Mbps as well as micro USB port.

The device should further include a 3.5mm audio jack and the MicroSD memory card slot that provides additional storage space along with decent GPS capabilities. It includes a 3.2-megapixel camera although the package doesn’t include the LED flash. Seemingly the specs sheet of the phone shows 2.8” dimension and it has a QVGA resolution. Though it is highly possible that things might have changed since the last time the phone was spotted.

According to the AT&T documents, the HP iPAQ K3 Obsidian is expected to be available by November 30, 2009. However the price of the product is not yet known.
