Expanding its range of XpressMusic phones, Nokia announces a new mobile phone for music enthusiasts called as the Nokia 5630 XpressMusic phone. The mobile phone offers a host of entertaining features and is based on the S60 platform.

The Nokia 5630 XpressMusic phone comes with an optional 16GB microSD card which can support over 3000 music tracks. The phone integrates a music player with excellent sound quality that will entertain users while on the go. The Nokia 5630 phone also supports various music formats and is packed in with a 3.5mm AV jack.

The phone provides access to the Nokia Music Store that will allow users to browse and purchase their favorite tracks. The 5630 XpressMusic phone incorporates PC software that enables a user to easily drag and drop songs as well as manage music. The phone also equips Nokia’s innovative Say and Play feature. The feature enables users to simply say the name of their favorite track or artists to play a song automatically.

In addition, the homescreen of the 5630 phone provides users direct and easy access to media and people. The homescreen contains a Contact bar that allows users to directly access upto 20 contacts. It will also provide a complete communication history of contacts along with recent emails, messages and photos shared.

For complete entertainment, the phone includes N-Gage shortcuts on the homescreen. The feature offers various exciting games where users can also add friends to play against them. Additionally, the phone incorporates a 3.2 megapixel camera with flash and video recording capabilities. The phone also allows users to share images and videos online via social networking sites like Facebook, Flickr or Ovi.

The Nokia 5630 XpressMusic phone will be available in Q2 of 2009 at select markets for about $250. (Approx Rs. 12,200)
