Motorola recently revealed that it’s the newest entrant into the Android world. Motorola has taken its first step into the Android market with a handset entitled Cliq. Well, the device will be termed as Motorola Dext as it plans for a UK release, reports Phandroid.
To own this dainty device, users can pre-order it starting September 22. The pre-orders can be made through Orange retail stores or it can be pre-registered online.
Well, Cliq was supposedly announced in the US and was to be released during the fourth quarter of 2009. However, it is said to reach the UK markets by early October.
So for now, users in the UK may be the first to get their hands on Motorola’s Android based debutant. Reportedly, the Motorola’s website reveals the Motorola Dext with Motobur coming through Orange.
Well, we may not be surprised to watch T-Mobile release the Motorola Cliq during the same time. Well, whatever it may be, Android is slowly setting its roots firm in the markets.
