Sony Ericsson W715 Walkman Phone Available Exclusively by Vodafone

Sony Ericsson W715 Walkman Phone Sony Ericsson announced the launch of its latest W715 Walkman mobile phone through Vodafone.

In addition to crystal clear audio, the slider phone also comes with a built-in GPS location-based service with turn-by-turn pedestrian or driving navigation through Vodafone Find&Go and Vodafone Music services for song downloads.

Coming back to the music features, it incorporates the music recognition application TrackID, SensMe and Shake Control to change tracks with the flick of a wrist.

Other multimedia features include a 3.2 megapixel camera with up to 3.2x digital zoom, PictBridge printing, geotagging of photos, FM radio, Wi-Fi, support for Google Maps and ‘Desktop direct search to online music’ to check the best songs and most popular videos on YouTube.

The Sony Ericsson W715 packs in a 2.4-inch screen with auto-rotate function, up to 120 MB of phone memory with optional 4 GB memory card, stereo Bluetooth, Microsoft Exchange and ActiveSync messaging options, 3D games and Java.

Housed in a metal finish body, the W715 will be available in Garnet Black and Luxury Silver shades by Q1 (January-March) 2009.
