HTC Hero now dressed in pink

HTC Hero Pink HTC has now launched the Hero in pink color, reports Engadget. This phone which was earlier launched in white and black colors was recently available for pre-order and is said to be available in the market from mid-July.

The phone comes with amazing personalization and customization options. This pink phone flaunts 3.2-inch TFT-LCD touch-sensitive screen, complete mobile browser that can feature flash based websites, 5 megapixel color camera with auto focus and customizable interface. Users can place the frequently used applications on the home screen and utilize the Scenes feature to create new profiles as per their mood.

The phone is also capable of updating the list of emails into a catalogue of conversations, a document library of the emails along with attachments and a collection of notes that are flagged as important. The phone’s Search button can search through appointments in the calendar, look for tweets in Twitter, locate people in the contact list and find emails in the inbox.

Weighing 908 grams, the Pink HTC Hero phone also bundles up Lithium-ion battery, 3.5 mm audio jack, G-sensor, digital compass along with connectivity of Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 b/g HTC Ext USB) and Bluetooth 2.0 with Enhanced Data Rate and A2DP for wireless stereo headsets. It offers a talktime of maximum 470 minutes for GSM and 420 minutes for WCDMA. Apart from this, it supports Windows Media Audio 9 V, MP3, AAC, AMR-NB, WAV, MIDI, MPEG-4, H.263, H.264 and Windows Media Video 9 formats.

Those planning to own the Pink HTC Hero will supposedly have to wait until July 15.
