T-Mobile, AT&T to release BlackBerry Bold2 this month

BlackBerry Bold2 Handset Both T-Mobile and AT&T have kept us pretty busy lately. ow Engadget reports that both these network carriers may simultaneously announce the BlackBerry Bold2. The Bold2 that is also known as the Onyx may be released as early as before the end of this month.

Reportedly, both T-Mobile and AT&T are planning to announce the BlackBerry Bold2 on October 21. The BlackBerry 9700 or Bold2 is a touchpad driven handset. The phone comes embedded with a full QWERTY keypad. The rear side of this handset houses a camera along with a flash.

The Bold2 looks pretty much like the Bold and claims to support 3G connectivity. The other rumored features include 3.2 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, GPS and display that flaunt a resolution of 480 x 360 pixels.

There is no official word from both network carriers as yet. However, T-Mobile as well as AT&T have succeeded in concealing the pricing details for the BlackBerry Bold2 as well.
