Orange HTC Touch Pro2 for business users
Orange has announced the availability of the HTC Touch Pro2 PDA phone. Aimed at business users, it bundles up style, multimedia and powerful business tools.
With the appointment reminder tool, users are reminded of the dial-in details and call-in agenda of the conference call. Moreover, one can join the conference call with a single tap on the screen. Few more taps to the screen can help one carry out private talks with one person or talk with all the members of the conference call. With the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, users can synchronize all Microsoft Outlook contacts, calendar information and email.
“The HTC Touch Pro2 is packed with features to make everyday business tasks a great deal easier and is the ideal mobile companion for the busy business user,” said François Mahieu, Director of Devices at Orange.
The phone employs HTC Touch Pro2’s quad-band 3G+ connectivity for hi-fi reliable voice calling. Users may choose to switch from single to multi-part voice calls via an email account by simply clicking on the image of the mail sender, thanks to the incorporated Straight Talk feature. By placing it face down on the surface, users can convert this phone into a speaker phone that integrates noiseless speakers and microphones.
This handset bundles up 3.6-inch high-resolution touchscreen, a slide out QWERTY keyboard along with 8GB MicroSD card. The keyboard comes with adjustable tilt, thereby enabling users to amend documents or write mails easily.
