Nokia introduces X6 and X3 music phones at Nokia World

Nokia X6 X3 Handsets

Nokia has announced two new handsets called the Nokia X6 and the Nokia X3 at the Nokia World. The Nokia X6 as well as the Nokia X3 is designed for music lovers. The X6 is also said to cater to the social networking needs of the people.

The Nokia X6 is a power packed entertainment device that promises to provide up to 35 hours of continuous music. The highlights of this phone are its 32GB in-built memory and the 3.2-inch finger touch interface. This widescreen display features an aspect ratio of 16:9. The screen has been optimized specifically for viewing photos, videos and browsing the Internet. The handset supports social networking sites like Facebook and also provides access to the Ovi stores.

“The Nokia X6 and Comes with Music is a powerful combination, enabling music fans to download all the music they could ever want – quickly, easily and for free. We’re giving people convenient access to and ownership of a vast music library and an exciting new touchscreen device to play their music on,” commented Jo Harlow, Vice President, Nokia.

The Nokia X3 is another addition to Nokia’s long list of music phones. This sleek and compact device comes embedded with stereo speakers and FM radio to go along with it. The 3.2 megapixel camera promises to provide crisp and clear images.

Apart from these handsets, Nokia has also launched a few accessories to complement them. The Nokia Mini Speaker MD-9 is a pocket sized speaker that promises to get your party rocking with loud music. The ergonomic and lightweight neckband headset called the Nokia Bluetooth Stereo Headset BH-505 is comfortable to wear and delivers crystal clear sound quality.

Both the Nokia X6 and the Nokia X3 will start shipping during the fourth quarter of this year. The Nokia X6 is expected to retail for around €450 (approx. Rs. 31,385) while the Nokia X3 will be price tagged at €115 (approx. Rs. 8,014).
