RCom launches Motorola W362 CDMA Phone in the Indian Market

RCom Motorola W362 phone The Southern India gets the latest mobile phone from Motorola by Reliance Communications. Called the W362, the newest CDMA handset is expected to hit twelve southern cities, including Chennai.

After the Apdi-Pu E8 mobile phone, Motorola has actually managed to attract the South Indians. This time the company has joined hands with RCom to built-up their impact. The interesting thing about this phone is that it is completely developed and designed in the country at the Motorola plant in Sriperumbudur in Tamil Nadu.

Besides, the Motorola W362 CDMA phone sports features such as a 1,000-entry phone book, an expandable memory, voice recorder, 4x zoom VGA camera, a MP3 player, FM radio with recording and built-in speakers. The cost-effective mobile phone also has USB connectivity that allows users to hook-up the device to a PC with the PC sync and access web with ease.

Priced at Rs. 4,199, the Motorola W362 phone is slated to hit other cities of South India in the near future. No word whether both the company are targeting other states.
