AT&T Pantech Slate Phone Pantech Wireless has joined hands with AT&T to roll out the Pantech Slate mobile phone in the American market.

The Slate phones sports what the company says is the worlds thinnest QWERTY Keyboard. At under 0.4-inches thick (less than one centimeter deep), the Slate is said to be a part of the AT&T’s new line of quick messaging phones. This slim handset is ideally designed for sending texts and pictures, and accessing instant messaging and email services effortlessly.

The extra-thin messaging phone sports a full QWERTY keyboard with raised and tactile buttons, a colorful and easy-to-read 2.2-inch screen and a rubberized back panel for comfort gripping.

Available in black and royal blue color-shade, the Slate mobile phone features Bluetooth and 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording functionality along with AT&T’s MEdia Net and custom content.

AT&T has started selling the Pantech Slate mobile phone from its online store for an estimated price of $49.99 (approx. Rs. 2,480) after a two-year service agreement and a $50 mail-in rebate.
