LG Electronics has announced the global launch of its slim and sleek phone named LG-KF510, which is slated to take place in April.
Available in stardust dark gray and sunset red colors, the latest phone comes in a metal finish. Boasting to be 10.9mm slim, the slider handset has gleaming LED lights on the touchpad, which brightens with a gentle touch of a fingertip.
Users can scroll and navigate the animated multifunction menu with ease by using the new ‘Interactive Touch Lighting’ system. Additionally, KF510 includes 3 megapixel camera, power flash and a one-second response time as well as an MP3 player.
“2008 is the year for a new paradigm in mobile phone design and LG is setting the benchmark. We have established ourselves as a leader in this field and the LG-KF510 is a unique addition in our mobile portfolio. With its sleek aesthetic and superior technology, it will appeal to many discerning consumers that value both style and substance,” noted Dr. Skott Ahn, CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.
The LG-KF510 works on a long lasting battery and has the ability to save power, thanks to Auto Luminance Control (ALC), which self-adjusts to the brightness of the LED screen.
LG’s KF510 slider phone will roll out in all major regions such as Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia in April. No word on the pricing of the mobile phone.
