We have seen many devices earlier which are encrusted with gold or diamonds. But I doubt if anybody has seen a mere mobile phone case decorated with diamonds. Here it is, a company called Case-Mate has designed a diamond encrusted case for Apple’s iPhone.
The iPhone case is made from 18K gold and nearly 42 diamonds are embedded into it. Reportedly this diamond case is to be unveiled at the Macworld 2008 taking place at San Francisco.
The diamond iPhone case seems to be the great way to show your status.
Imagine its price! Not less than $20,000 (around Rs. 7,85,400). I think this case should be called as the “jewellery for the iPhone†rather than just a case for the iPhone.
