Alltel Wireless and LG Electronics have announced the availability of the LG Rhythm phone in the American market.
Aimed at audiophiles, the sleek and stylish LG Rhythm features Digital Signal Processing, MP3 player, FM transmitter and a 3.5 mm stereo headset with a microphone.
Brian Ullem, vice president of device strategy for Alltel Wireless, commented, “With the introduction of the LG Rhythm, Alltel remains dedicated to providing customers with entertainment-focused handsets and a world class wireless experience.â€
Other features of the LG Rhythm phone include 120 MB of internal memory with up to 16 GB of expandable memory card slot, a dedicated music hot key, 1-inch circular touchscreen, a 2-inch main LCD display screen, a 1.3 megapixel camera with zoom and camcorder, Bluetooth 2.0 capabilities and background music mode.
