Cricket and UTStarcom Cricket Communications, a provider of unlimited wireless services, has announced a partnership with UTStarcom to provide the world’s first CDMA Advanced Wireless Services mobile phone, dubbed the UTStarcom CDM7126.

This sleek metallic clamshell handset offers external indicators that have the ability to alert consumers about the incoming calls and messages. This eliminates the need of opening the phone and checking the details. It features a full-color internal display, ensuring the perfect viewing of incoming calls, messaging alerts, games and many more data applications.

Besides, the UTStarcom CDM7126 phone also includes:

  • Predictive text input for easy text messaging
  • Support for Cricket Mobile Web to surf and download ringtones and graphics
