Samsung Guru 200 Mobile Phone hits India

Samsung Guru 200 handset Samsung has released its newest entry-level mobile phone named Guru 200, in the Indian market. This dual band phone adds Stereo FM radio and recording in addition to the other features that were integrated in its predecessor Guru 100.

The color phone allows consumers to record songs only from FM radio with a maximum time duration length of 5 minutes. They can even save these songs as their alarm alert or ring tone. The additional specs of the latest sleek and stylish handset include MP3 ring tones, Java Games such as Cricket and Sudoku, Emergency sms and Mobile tracker for security purposes.

“Our Guru 200 offers a strong value proposition to consumers at the entry level mobile phone segment. True to our ‘Next is What’ Campaign, this Phone offers FM recording as the ‘Next’ key feature in its latest Guru series of handsets,” elaborated Sunil Dutt, Country Head, Samsung Telecommunications India.

For Indian consumers, Samsung has incorporated the Indian calendar that displays local holidays, the Hinglish database to communicate in a unified Hindi and English language, and a unique Call Time Limit for users to personally set a talk time limit per month, allowing them to not exceed their budget.

Offering 9 hours talk time, the compact bar-shaped mobile phone includes a speaker and comes pre-loaded with Bollywood Ring tones.

Samsung’s Guru 200 phone carries a price tag of Rs. 2999 and is available in the country right away.

    This mobi has Clunkier Interface, I really surprised .. Samsung Mobile is famous for their Display, but this mobi has the worst interface. Also the Phone is slow in nature. it really takes a lot of to type and send a msg.The foam factor is entirely different as that show in all websites. ie it doesnt have a bright finish, insted a dull.Try some other It Cost Nearly Rs.2350 + Tax
