Rediff Mobile to Offer CAT Results on Mobile Phones, in India
MBA programs are booming in India and so is the CAT (Common Aptitude Test). To make CAT results easily available for MBA aspirants, Rediff.com is offering an exclusive SMS service.
Students who have appeared for their CAT exams in 2007 will be able to access their results using Rediff’s short code SMS service 57333 on 8th January from 3 p.m. onwards.
To access the results, users can type CAT with their ‘test registration number’ followed by the ‘application number’ and the SMS to 57333. The student will instantly receive the result on their mobile phone.
On the other hand students can also enter CAT along with their ‘Test registration number’ along with their ‘Date of birth’ in (DDMMYY format) and get the result on their phone.
Rediff’s CAT result mobile service is available for all mobile subscribers. BSNL customers will be charged Rs. 1 per SMS while other network subscribers will be charged Rs. 3 for each SMS.
