BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 smartphone to be Available in France by Bouygues Telecom
Research In Motion, in collaboration with Bouygues Telecom announced the availability of the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 smartphone in France.
The first flip phone under Blackberry brand will be available from mid-December for a suggested price of 129 EURO (approx. Rs. 8,110).
Measuring 3.9 x 1.9 x 0.7-inches, the clamshell Pearl 8220 comes with a high resolution internal display screen and a second display screen on the outer surface of the phone that allows users to view details of incoming calls and text messages. Users can also control the music playback from the flip cover.
The Flip 8220 also includes SureType, Wi-Fi connectivity, one-click access to Facebook and Windows Live Messenger, and 2 megapixel camera with video recording, flash and digital zooming capabilities.
The BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 is expected to be available at all Club Bouygues Telecom outlets.
