There is news all around the internet that Samsung and Adidas have developed a new phone, which is targeted at fitness conscious people. Apart from normal entertainment features like camera, music etc, the new miCoach F110 also includes fitness attributes.
Its fitness applications will include a heartbeat monitor and step counter. The phone will not only record such readings but also allow users to download such information to maintain records.
Reportedly the typical mobile phone features of the miCoach F110 phone are a 2MP camera, 2-inch screen, FM radio, microSD, USB 2.0 and Bluetooth 2.0. The phone is also expected to have a memory card slot.
Besides, this fitness phone is also equipped with technologies such as GPRS and EDGE.
As per rumors, the miCoach is expected to be launched next month. However there is no confirmed news about the same. Also the pricing information is unavailable.
