Samsung P260, L600, S720i and Z720 Mobile Phones Unveiled

Apart from Samsung SGH-P520, which we reported few days back, Samsung has launched more handsets namely, the P260, L600, S720i, and Z720.

The successor of Samsung P200, Samsung P260 features Wi-Fi, tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support, UMA, 2 megapixel camera with the ability to record video at 176 x 144 resolutions. Furthermore, the slider phone also provides 262 TFT color display with a 240×320 pixel resolution. A stylish P260 comes equipped with 5 MB internal memory, extendable microSD card slot, USB port and Bluetooth with A2DP profile for user to listen to music on stereo Bluetooth headphones.

Next is the Samsung S720i, which is a low-end version of Samsung S730i. Let’s check what it has to offer.

The i-mode enabled S720i delivers 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording ability in CIF at 352 x 288 pixels resolution, touch sensitive keypad, 65K color TFT display with 128 x 160 pixels, tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support. The stylish and compact handset also comes with 20MB internal memory and microSD card slot, USB port and Bluetooth without A2DP capability.

Next, Samsung has introduced L600 that features 1.3 megapixel camera, tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support, FM radio, 176 x 220 pixel 262K color display. A stylish cell phone also comes bundled with 15 MB of internal memory and microSD memory card slot, Bluetooth with A2DP profile. Violet-colored handset can record video only in QCIF resolution.

What’s more, Samsung has also released Z720 nicknames Mclaren Mercedes edition, exclusively for Vodafone. . Its specs are still not clear.

Sadly, all the above phones don’t feature 3G capabilities. Pricing and availability are also a mystery.
