Bharti Airtel to Bring Palm Treo 750 Smartphone in India

Palm Treo 750 Smartphone Bharti Airtel is known to bring high-end phones and PDAs to India. Now Airtel has entered an exclusive agreement with Palm, the leading high-end mobile handset maker from US, to market the Treo 750 smartphone in the country.

“India is a lucrative market for any global telecom service provider fighting for a space out here,” Sharon Ee, head of business, South Asia, Palm Inc.

“We have signed an exclusive agreement with Airtel to penetrate the Indian market,” Ee added.

The Treo 750 smartphone will run on Windows Mobile 6. Also the phone is EDGE and 3G enabled. Besides, it features:

  • A 1.3 megapixel camera
  • Bluetooth with A2DP compatibility
  • Infrared and USB connectivity
  • Full QWERTY keypad
  • Windows Pocket PC applications that enables reading MS documents and PDF files too

    • The Palm Treo 750 smartphone will be available in India at the price of Rs.26,990.

      I have problem to access internet GPRS service of Airtel & Spaice on my Palm Treo 750
      window smart phone i take take setting from the both companies the problem but not able to access internet on Treo 750

      Need Techincal support phone no from Palm in india for the same.
