      I have bought a Bleu Mobile Model number 651z, but in that when ever I am storing any video files from any movie it is not playing, it is showing the error “Invalid File Format” . can you help me out knowing which format it supports and how can I get that format converter.Hoping for a quick and positive response I remain.

      i hv purchased a bleu 475x on the 19th dec 08 but from that time onwards it hangsmany times and i have to switch it off and restart.The same was purchasedfrom mobile gallery.I was asked by the seller to go to ur service agent J3 at virar but he says that i have to leave my handset with him as it has to be sent to the co for resetting/loading.Is there no one in mumbai or vasai/virar who can do this on the spot
