HTC S710, a New Windows Mobile based Smartphone Unveiled

HTC has introduced the HTC S710, a new Windows Mobile based smartphone in the market.

As said earlier, the S710 is powered by Windows Mobile 6 Standard platform, thus it features mobile Office Outlook, Outlook Mobile Calendar, Internet Explorer Mobile browsing and Windows Live. It is also compatible with Exchange Server 2007 further offering improved e-mail management (such as Fetch Mail and Set Flags), Out-of-Office assistant, and HTML e-mail viewing capabilities.

Moreover, the HTC S710 which enables users to view Microsoft Office documents and also PDF files. Thus, users can also work, while traveling. Also HTC has provided connectivity options such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The other features of the HTC S710 handset are:

  • Semi auto-sliding full QWERTY keyboard
  • 2.0 megapixel camera
  • 2.4″ QVGA TFT LCD backlit screen

      HTC S710, costs Rs.16,990 as per today's TOI, Kolkata edition.
