Motorola unveils Seven Mobile Phones in its W Series

Motorola has introduced seven everyday communication devices in its W series of handsets, namely the W156, W160, W175, W180, W206, W213 and W377.

Developed to deliver high-tier style and innovation, each mobile phone, except the W377, feature the company’s CrystalTalk technology that has the capability to automatically adjusts clear calls in a noisy environments. FM radio function, which requires optional headphones, is only available on the W160, W180, W213 and W377.

The features of the Motorola W206 and Motorola W213 are similar that consists of excellent battery life, large phonebook for up to 500 entries, and SMS storage for up to 500 messages, all packed into an ultra-thin candybar design. The phones also sports a large color display, MP3 ringtones pre-loaded games and WAP/GPRS, that enables the user to customize the phone by downloading 1MB of wallpaper, screensavers and ringtones. The W213 includes FM radio, whilst the W206 does not.

The candybar styled Motorola W175 and W180 aims at professional individuals, providing iTAP predictive text entry and the capacity to save up to 750 of important texts, over 500 phone numbers can be saved on the internal phonebook. W175 lacks FM radio, while the W180 bundles it.

The easy-to-use Motorola W156 and W160 handsets comes with large display and a sleek keypad, excellent battery life and ability to personalize the phones and easily identify callers with 10 preloaded 32 channel polyphonic ringtones and 15 standard alert ringtones. W160 features FM radio, sadly the W156 does not.

The mobile entertainment phone W377 comes packed with MP3 ringtones, an integrated VGA camera, Bluetooth wireless technology and is preloaded with popular games. It also includes 10MB of user memory, one-touch SMS, speakerphone, mobile calendar and an alarm clock into its sleek and colorful flip-phone casing.

Motorola will release all the mobile devices by the end of this year.
