Nokia Prism Mobile Phones launched in India

Yesterday Nokia announced the availability of Prism collection of mobile phones. The new series is targeted at fashion oriented customers and includes two handsets Nokia 7900 Prism and Nokia 7500 Prism.
Speaking on the occasion, Devinder Kishore, Director Marketing Nokia India said, “Mobile phone as a style and fashion accessory is gaining increasing importance in India. We have pioneered the concept of fashion phones and are happy to launch our latest offering in this space – the Prism collection. Nokia Prism Collection comprising Nokia 7900 and Nokia 7500 is an ode-to-architecture with its sharp-angled lines, geometric patterns and graphic light-refracting colors.
Nokia 7900 Prism features 3G technology, quad band GSM capability for worldwide connectivity, a 2 megapixel camera and 1GB of internal memory.
While the 7500 Prism sports, a slick black exterior with bright, interchangeable color accents, 2 megapixel camera, optional 2 GB microSD card and a strong battery offering nine hours of playback music.
With the launch of mobile phones, Nokia also made an announcement of its tie-up with India’s leading designer, Rocky S to create an exclusive collection inspired by the Prism collection.
