  I purchased classic 761 with
  Releance connection in coimbatore on date 24--05-2007 at Big Bazzar
  Phone is working very good one small problem is that speaker sound is not enough to hear when some person is calling please gudie me to overcome this issue and rinf tone is also very low sound.

  when i want to write a text message then i am not finding a option for giving space in between the words. there is a button which indicates the option for giving space but it is not responding accordingly.

  Hi, while i am in rush or at travelling I could not hear the volume of my phone ringing. So I made the setting as ring with vibrate. As I keep my mobile in my shirt pocket it may cause some side effects while vibrating. So how to overcome this problem? But while speaking the sond is normal. And also I need the drivers for Reliance Classic 761. Please help me from where to download the drivers for my mobile.

  I have a Classic 761. The volume is really too low. The ringing volume is low. Also can't hear properly when someone speaks on the other side.

  761 is very problemetic cell so pls tell me its service centre in mumbai
  in your broucher the phone no. is also not perhaps correct

  I have purchased Classic 761 handset from NEW MAHARASHTRA ELECTRIC SORE,ANDHERI (W) , but unfortunatey the Hands free is broken.I searched for new handsfree in most of the mobile shops in city ,even at reliance gallaries too,but nobody have it.So will you guide me that where i can get this.
  Another problem i am facing in this handset is that its sound is too slow(handsfree & ring tones).Can you tell me that how i can get rid off from these problems.
  I went to above mentioned dealer many times but he is not responding me at all.Even at the time of buying the mobile , He told me that there is 6 months warranty on this mobile but now he is denying that fact.
  Please guide me.

  Hi, I am facing lots of problem 761 model of classic. I took the piece last 20 days back only from reliance webworld , Ambernath. But all of a sudden the phone stated giving me problems. The voice is very low cannot here properly when the person is speaking from other end. Now the cell is completely unusable. There is not miss call showing, buttons are not properly. Any moment the phone is getting switched off, while we put for charging there is some sound coming as if there wil be short circuit now, when any bell is ringing and w4 pick up the call nothing is heard and same way when we call, call is going but cannot hear the other ends voice. It is just a wast of money. Went to webworld but not responding they asked me to go to service centre of thane, i went there but there is a very big line and I cannot submit that for two days because of the huge rush.
  
  Kindly advice me what to do?

  I bought a new Classic 261 last month,but I m very sorry to say that I am not satisfied with its functioning.The software functioning is too slow.At present I just dont want to use this phone.It takes a very long time for any function to start.I want to give this piece back & would not like to buy any Classic model.My friend also had the same problem,she gave the piece back to the dealer & got her money.Can u arrange for the same for me?I bought it from MPORT,City Center,265,Belasis road,Net to Balwas hotel,Mumbai Central-400008

  i am using classic 761 i have been facing similar problems and they all started barely 2 months after i baught it low volume usb not working fm sound and reception very poor. i certainly was not expecting such a product from reliance. this clearly shows how far companies can go in there race for making more money. on top of that when u approach reliance service centre or phone service centre there response is so pathetic that it simply
  makes you go crazy. i'll request anyone who is reading it not to go for classic series phones and check for feedback on net before you buy

  I have a classice 761 which is buy @ dehradun but after few week it scrren go to off so i give it @ classice service centre @ haridwar but the part of this are not avilable here so he gave me it replace card (do) but that shop where i bought this phone was close for everythings. In reliance web world but they are not responsible to replace it so please help to change it give me the phone no. of classice 761 distributer in dehradun & any web address where i solve my problem .

But After Some Days It has been broke down and still it is out of control and when i have gone to your service centre 2-3 time in jaipur they spoke to me, they dont have the part of that phone(Plate of your phone) at your center then how i will found that plate from other side.(PROBLEM- when i talk with this phone it suddeny swith off and cannot b restart) Please sir Solve my Problem I Always come from bharatpur to jaipur with the problem of that phone and they dont have any soluction of my problem pls sir solve my problem.   Hi I had purchased classic 731 mobile on dt.13.08.2007 our neareast mobile centre, last three months back the mobile batteri is swellon and break the mobile body on back side. I saw the mobile batteri was look very bad condition it is completely swellon and then I am contact to neareast service center and change the battery.
  I look the battery condition, so I can not be happy.
  I think if I have not check the battery It would be break so?

  All instruments are under one year warranty as per Reliance franchasee says....

  I had purchased a Reliance Classic 761 (coloured screen, with FM). After only six months of use, its screen became faulty (no display, only big scrach mark). After sales service is very poor. I can not get its display screen even on payment, not even on authorised service centers. Don't ever buy this phone. Its rubbish. I spoiled Rs.1,800/-

  I purchased Classic 761 phone. My charger stopped working in 4 months time. I have searched in almost all authorised service centers in Mumbai suggested by Reliance contact center, but no one has the charger!!!. Now I am thinking of throwing this phone and buy a better phone from some other manufacturer like Nokia.

  My phone is showing the problum as it has shown only the headphon profile in place of the general profile set after selecting the general profile . so and also have problum to receive the call without any sound even by the headphone.
