Sony Ericsson Smartphones get Quickoffice software platform
Sony Ericsson and Quickoffice, a global provider of mobile office productivity software and solutions, have announced that their have extended their agreement for Symbian UIO Smartphones. This multi-year contract will offer Quickoffice software platform to all the future Sony Ericsson smartphones.
Owners of Sony Ericsson smartphones will get fast and easy access to their native Microsoft office files as well as open, view, edit and create documents directly from their Symbian UIO smartphones.

With the help of Quickmanager, an on-device e-commerce portal, users can upgrade their on-device software over-the-air with latest applications. Thus, Quickoffice software-based smartphones will surely benefit business professionals who wish to access documents while on the run.
