After the introduction of Apple iPhone, there are several rumors circulating that state that there are many mobile phone makers who are planning to produce a phone that can put forward a good competition to the iPhone.
The research and development teams of Samsung are getting prepared for introducing a phone to beat the Apple iPhone, called the Samsung Croix.
Very little is known about this handset. What’s known is that Samsung makes use of full-face touch-screen that is based on the Croix user interface, which recently won the iF Communication Design Award 2007.
It is said that in French, Croix means cross. Croix is a finger-based touch-input UI that uses a system of menus and lists in a ‘cross’ layout. It might also feature a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
The mocked picture above does attract the eyes. No idea when Samsung plans to officially announce the introduction of the new Croix device. However, there are chances of the mobile device going against the Apple iPhone interface.
