Sanyo eneloop lamp with wireless charging

Sanyo Eneloop Lamp Sanyo has unveiled its Eneloop lamp that sports a vaselike design. This lamp can be used as an interior light that gently lights up a room, a healing light that creates a healing ambience with a blue lamp and as a flashlight that switches on automatically when the unit is picked up.

With Clear Mode, the white Eneloop lamp lights up the surrounding space clearly while the blue lamp can be switched between Flicker mode for gentle fickler brightness and Healing mode for continuous lighting.

When the lamp unit is tilted at about 90 degrees or more, the integrated acceleration sensor recognizes it and the flashlight automatically turns on. This helps the lamp to obtain a light source in an emergency situation without looking for a flashlight. Users can also use it as a daily-use handy light.

This lamp comes with a contactless charging system without any metallic contacts either on the the charging stand or the lamp unit. Users can charge the battery by positioning the lamp on the charging stand. It comprises of a float charging function that charges the battery while using the white lamp or blue lamp. Therefore, users need not worry about the charging going low.

The Sanyo Eneloop lamp will be available in Japan in September for about $155 (approx Rs.7408).
