Nardo Design’s has announced its latest conceptual device – the new high-tech Digital Cutting Board that features a flexible touchscreen LCD and Internet. While you are chopping your vegetables, you can download and check out recipes that instruct you on a perfect meal.
The cutting board is also equipped with grip rubber feet that are compatible with acrylic board, which contains the circuitry to run the flexible LCD panel. A safety tempered glass panel is also included that can save the cutting board from the knife’s chops and allows finger-based touchscreen operations.
To hold it tight, the cutting board comes with a stylish chromium handles on both ends. It is believed to be an environmentally friendly gadget thanks to the components used in it that include lead and bromide free circuit board and the non toxic chromium handle.
As it is just a concept as yet, there are many loop-holes that need to be taken into consideration such as: if it uses internet, then what connectivity does it support? Is the cutting board that huge that it can show LCD screen while cutting vegetables on one go? Will the safety tempered glass surely protect the LCD screen from a hammer?
