Asus Eee PC Flare range of netbooks specs and pictures leaked

Leaked pictures and specifications of the forthcoming Asus Eee PC Flare series of netbooks have made their way to the web just recently. According to Engadget some of the devices featuring in the range will be powered by the new N2600 and N2800 Intel Atom CPUs, while the others are scheduled to be integrated with the Intel Cedar Trail processor.
In the pictures that Notebook Italia got hold of, the netbook series appears to sport a colorful look, the device being painted in vivid shades of bright blue, red and purple. Going by these photos, the mini-laptops will come incorporated with chiclet style keyboards featuring isolated elements. The words, ‘Eee PC Flare series’ are seen written on the keyboard which is said to possess tiny, discreet hinges that are situated parallel to the lower part of the netbook and move down when the display is opened.
The mobile devices are adorned with the company’s logo at the bottom of the embedded LCD screen frame. This forthcoming lineup of netbooks is most likely to come in two versions boasting of different form factors. One of them is the 12-inch Eee PC 1225 that will supposedly feature the 1225B operating on AMD Fusion and the 1225C powered by the Cedar Trail CPU. The other variant is the 10-inch Eee PC 1025 which includes the Eee PC 1025C and Eee PC 1025CE.
The Asus Eee PC Flare range of netbooks is expected to be officially released at the upcoming CES 2012 which is to be held in Las Vegas between January 13 and 15.
