Netbooks are an ideal option for customers who wish to carry their work with them while on the go. Hence an offering which is lightweight as well as thin in appearance is always highly preferred. The N1200 series includes three models with each housing different configurations depending upon Windows 7 Starter or Windows XP Home operating systems. The weight is also reduced thanks to the employment of magnesium-alloy casing and lithium polymer battery cells.

Users are offered 160GB and 250GB hard drives as well as a 1GB DDR2 memory which can be expanded to 2GB. The battery found in models such as N1231EA1E-1S, N1231EA1E-1B and N1231EE1E-1 provide up to 3 hours work time while the N1231FE1E-1S and N1231FE1E-1 offer up to 6 whole hours.

The N1231EA1E-1S and N1231EA1E-1B from the N1200 Series are available in silver and bronze respectively and can be acquired for $329.99 (approx. Rs.15,072) while N1231EE1E-1 can be espied drenched in silver and bears a cost of $349.99 (approx. Rs.15,985). The N1231FE1E-1S and N1231FE1E-1 models sport a silver and bronze hue respectively and can be purchased for a price of $379.99 (approx. Rs.17,359). The N1200 Series comes complete with a one-year limited warranty and one-year of U.S.-based technical support.
