Apple Tablet PC on its way for early 2010

Apple Logo The Apple Tablet PC has been in news for quite some time now, with bits and pieces of speculation and rumors. According to Cnet, a report from AppleInsider says that the Apple Tablet PC is all set for an early 2010 launch.

The 2010 launch of the Apple Tablet had been first rumored back in May. This was when Gene Munster, an analyst for Piper Jaffray said that the Tablet could not be released until 2010 because of some complexities. A few other rumors also say that the PA Semi, the chip company Apple purchased has been working on chips for the Tablet.

Reportedly, the last few hurdles that kept the PC from being a reality have been taken care off. It is also said that Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs is making sure that the project is running on schedule.

The Applet Tablet PC is expected to be priced at somewhere between $299 (approx. Rs.14,379) and $999 (approx. Rs.48,042).
