Intel notebook concept with four screens

Intel Concept Notebook

Earlier, the Spacebook dual-screen notebook from gScreen made its presence felt. But it looks like Intel wasn’t quite satisfied with the idea of having two screens on a notebook and so it has introduced a concept notebook with four displays, reports Cnet. The four screens are said to assist users in organizing the data stored according to their preferences.

This prototype is codenamed the Tangent Bay. It was unveiled at the Mobility Meetup. The Mobility Meetup is an Intel Insiders event for bloggers. This concept notebook is said to be the world’s first multitouch and multiscreen solution. The four screens include one large LCD display and three secondary OLED displays.

Reportedly, an Intel representative Renuka Awasthi demonstrated the interaction between the main and auxiliary displays of this notebook. The concept also allows users to contract, zoom, scroll and pan content from one screen to another.

We are a bit concerned about the amount of power that this notebook will consume. Well, we are not sure if this concept will make its way to the market. But we are surely looking forward to this product.
