To brush up on memory, Nvidia 3D Vision technology which was introduced erstwhile this year for desktop PCs, has gained a bank of appreciation as an ideal 3D solution for playing computer games, watching movies, or viewing photographs in full resolution stereoscopic 3D. Egged on positively by wide-acceptance, Nvidia has recently proclaimed the elongation of its Nvidia 3D Vision ecosystem to include high-definition notebook platforms that embody advanced 120Hz 3D Vision capable displays directly into the chassis for on-the-go 3D.

Magnifying the world of 3D, Nvidia 3D Vision technology turns out to be an intelligent amalgamation of high-tech wireless glasses, a wide-range IR emitter, and progressive software that transmogrifies the myriads of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D experiences. In fact, more than 400 PC games function fabulously with Nvidia 3D Vision while recent games such as Resident Evil 5, Borderlands, World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, Batman: Arkham Asylum, and Star Trek D-A-C offer unrivaled gaming experience. Gaming enthusiasts may be seen in high spirits with such an immersive gaming commixed with additional 3D cut scenes and out-of-screen visual effects.

Nvidia has worked closely with display manufacturers, including CPT, LG, CMO, and Samsung for bringing state-of-the-art 120Hz 3D Vision-capable panels to notebook platforms. These new displays offer stellar 2D capability with crystal clear images and deliver flicker-free 3D, alongside support for high-definition playback of 3D games, movies, and photographs.

Further, with notebook displays available, PC manufacturers are keen on bringing 3D Vision notebooks to market. Notebooks will include the 120Hz 3D Vision-capable panel and bundle 3D Vision active-shutter glasses. On the other hand, Asus is all girded up to unveil its latest Asus G51J 3D, claimed to be the first ever Nvidia 3D Vision notebook seen so far. The notebook is anticipated to hit shelves all across the globe in early December, followed by other OEMs in 2010 including Clevo and others.
