Dell Adamo XPS Laptop shipping on December 22
The revised version of the Dell Adamo laptop was spotted last month and finally the device is up for sale. According to i4u, the ultra thin laptop, with just 9.99mm thickness, it weighs just over 3 pounds and measures 13.39” x 10.71”.
The basic model of the Adamo XPS laptop packages Intel Core SU9400 (1.4GHz/800MHz FSB/3M L2 Cache) processor. The Dell laptop is inclusive of 4GB dual channel DDR3 SDRAM RAM and 128GB SSD. The Adamo XPS sports a 13.4-inch screen 16:9 WLED 720p HD display. The computing device is equipped with an integrated 2 megapixel webcam and integrated mono digital microphone.
Apparently, the XPS laptop is driven by 32-Bit Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium OS. The Dell device incorporates display port, two USB 2.0 ports, headphone connector and audio out. Further, the laptop supports 10/100 via external dongle, Bluetooth 2.1 and Intel 5300 WLAN 802.11n (3×3) mini card. The Energy Star Compliant device is inclusive of Intel GS45 integrated graphics with DVI video adapter cable.
The Dell Adamo laptop will begin shipping from December 22, 2009. Reportedly, the pricing of this Dell laptop starts at $1,799 (approx. Rs. 83,068).
