MSI introduces CR400 notebook PC
MSI has affirmed the launch of its new ‘Classic’ notebook series. The sequence of models includes the 14-inch CR400, the 16-inch CX600 and CR600, and the 17.3-inch CX700 and CR700. This series incorporates superb craftsmanship and exceptional industrial design which emits an enduring classic elegance.
The 14-inch CR400, the first model in the series has a uni-body design with 45-degree angled edges. This feature drastically boosts the visual and physical appeal of the product. With the use of MSI-developed CFM technology this notebook PC generates a crystalline glow. To suit the rather trendy users CR400 is designed keeping in mind the latest style patterns. Thus, fresh patterns emerge from various angles when a dash of light falls on the laptop.
This MSI creation is lightweight, easy-to-carry and weighs only 2 kg. It features a large 14-inch high-resolution display with 16:9 aspect ratio and 1366 x 768 LED backlight. It has a 6-cell large-capacity battery and the latest GeForce 8200M graphics processing unit. In addition to providing superior quality display performance, the LED backlight saves energy and increases the battery life.
With excellent brightness, color saturation and color reproduction watching a movie or viewing photos on the CR400 is a treat for users. Its keyboard has 87 keys and MSI’s unique EDS technology. According to tests the highly-sensitive EDS keyboard can considerably reduce the strain on user’s fingers. This product has a 65W AC adapter and has dimensions of 344.4x 212 x 13.5-28mm.
The MSI CR400 supports 802.11 b/g/n high-speed Wireless LAN, and has a built-in Bluetooth V2.0 + EDR module, which offers a three-fold progress in the data rate. It comes with an incorporated 1.3M webcam and microphone to provide a well-organized, real-time communication. With this 14-inch MSI creation, it’s simple to stay connected with friends and family from anywhere in the world. Sharing video demo with loved ones is effortless with the MSI’s unique streamlined video recording function.
Depending on the notebook PC needs of the consumers, the Eco Engine technology makes it effortless to change between entertainment, presentations, word processing and energy-saving modes. The product is compatible with Genuine Windows Vista Home Premium operation system and supports Intel Core 2 Duo processor with the Nvidia MCP79MVL chipset.
