LG X110 Netbook supporting 3G to Land in 20 Nations

Recently, LG had officially showcased the X110 netbook at IFA 2008. Now, the miniature computing device will soon reach overseas markets.

LG X110 Netbook South Korean electronics giant LG has announced its plans to roll out the X110 netbook in 20 more countries in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.

Optimized for Web surfing and e-mailing, the 1.19 kg netbook sports a 10-inch screen and access to the Web through HSUPA 3G mobile networks. Powered by 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, the X110 netbook features 512 MB or 1 GB of RAM, 1.3-megapixel webcam, multi-format media card reader, Bluetooth and support for b/g Wi-Fi and 10/100 Ethernet connections.

Running on Windows Vista Home Basic operating system, the LG X110 comes in three storage configurations of 80GB, 120GB and 160GB hard drives.

LG, however, has maintained its silence on pricing and shipping date of X110 netbook.
