Dell Inspiron Mini 12 Notebook Announced in Japan

Dell has officially launched the Inspiron Mini 12 notebook, the successor of the Inspiron Mini 9 in the Japanese market.
Weighing 2.72 lbs. and merely 0.92-inch thick, the latest device from Inspiron Mini family runs on Windows Vista Home Basic and comes with built-in webcam, 1 GB of RAM and 60 GB or 80 GB hard drive.
Other features include 12.1-inch WXGA display, integrated Bluetooth and 802.11b/g wireless. It will also come with options for Windows XP and Ubuntu Linux operating systems.
The Dell Inspiron Mini 12 carries a price tag of $600 (approx. Rs. 30,000). The company is planning introduce the notebook globally, which is scheduled to be around late November.
