Asus has strengthened its Eee PC portfolio in the Indian market with the launch of its latest Eee PC 904HA.
Targeted at globe totters, the Asus Eee PC 904HA sports a 8.9-inch screen offering resolution of 1024×600 pixels, 160GB SATA hard disk drive with 10 GB Eee storage and 1 GB (DDR2) memory and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g connectivity.
Stanley Wu – Product Manager, Notebooks and Eee PC, ASUS (India), explained, “The Eee PC 904HA is the latest addition to our Eee Family range of products. This new model aims to provide users with the perfect combination of ample storage space (160 GB) along with longer battery life (up to 7 hours) for one day computing on the go. Based on the feedback that we’ve received from users, we’re confident that the Eee PC 904HA which cut a niche for itself amongst the current plethora of netbooks available in the Indian market.”
The netbook runs on Windows XP operating system and is powered by Intel Atom N270 processor. It comes equipped with a 1.3 megapixel camera, built-in stereo speaker and Digital Array Mic.
Weighing 1.4 kg and measuring 266 x 191.2 x 28.5mm~ 38mm (W x D x H), the Eee PC 904HA works on 6-cell battery to deliver up to 7 hours of continuous operation on single charge.
The Asus Eee PC 904HA laptop carries a price tag of Rs. 22,990 and is backed by a one-year warranty.
